Select the treatment and therapist that best aligns with your needs. Each session is individually tailored, with techniques adapted based on your presentation and goals.

Choosing the Right Treatment

Remedial & Deep Tissue Massage is recommended for pain, tension, injury management or training-related soreness. Sports-based techniques are incorporated within remedial treatments and do not require a separate booking.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage offers gentle, lymphatic-focused care designed to support fluid movement and tissue health.

Pregnancy Massage is a specialised treatment option tailored to support the changing needs of pregnancy (not available during the first trimester).

Relaxation Massage is ideal for reducing general tension, promoting relaxation and supporting overall wellbeing.

Hot Stone Massage uses warmed stones combined with therapeutic massage techniques to encourage deep relaxation, ease muscle tension and enhance circulation.

Infrared Sauna Sessions

Private sauna sessions are available as a standalone booking or combined with selected treatments. Standalone sauna sessions are prepaid and include access to a private sauna room for up to 50 minutes. Please note we do not have shower facitilies available.

Before You Book

  • Appointment times are reserved exclusively. Our cancellation policy applies: changes made within 12 hours of your appointment incur a 50% late cancellation fee, and unattended or missed appointments will be charged the full treatment fee.

  • Card details are required to secure bookings (no charge unless policy conditions apply).

  • Online booking is encouraged for real-time availability; calls are returned between clients where possible.

  • If your preferred duration is unavailable, selecting an alternative session length may provide more options.

  • Not all therapists or treatments are eligible for private health fund claiming - please review therapist profiles if claiming is required.

  • All Clients are required to complete health history intake forms prior to commencing your treatment. Where possible please complete the forms emailed before attending your appointment.
