Booking and Payments

If you’re unsure about which type of massage is right for you, we suggest booking a remedial session. Your therapist will carry out a thorough consult and determine which massage treatment style best meets your needs.

You can book online or call us directly. All bookings require a deposit to secure the appointment slot. Please bare in mind we do not have a manned reception and client calls are returned in between treatments if time allows.

Cancellations require a 12 hour notice to avoid a fee.
Health Fund Claims

Yes, please check with your health insurance provider as it varies by fund and policy. Item codes are 105 and 205.

We work with major health funds like Medibank, BUPA, NIB, Australian Unity, CBHS, Defence Health, AHM, GU Health, HBF, HCF, and others.
We offer on-the-spot claims processing via HICAPS or upfront payment with an invoice to claim later is provided.

Massage Therapists

All of our therapist hold a minimum of a Diploma of Remedial Massage which includes training in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.

Yes, all therapists are members of professional associations such as AAMT, MMA, or ANTA, which ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.
Massage Treatments for Minors

Yes, it is required for parents or guardians to be in the room during the session for the safety and comfort of the child.

Massage can be highly beneficial for teenagers, especially those involved in sports. It helps with muscle recovery, reduces soreness, improves flexibility, and can prevent injuries by addressing tension and imbalances.
Treatment Preparation

Loose, comfortable clothing. Please wear appropriate underwear during your treatment; you will be draped at all times for your comfort and privacy.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for parking and to relax before your appointment. You new client form is emailed to you prior so there is no requirement to allow extra time before your treatment to complete paperwork.
Post-Treatment

After a massage, you may feel relaxed or slightly sore as the muscles release tension. This is usually temporary and should subside within 24–48 hours.

Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins, avoid strenuous activities, and rest to allow your body to fully benefit from the massage.
