As our sauna is self-sufficient, full payment is required at the time of booking, along with agreement to the liability waiver.

Your Pre-Session Guide

A sweat towel, water bottle, and optional items like a book or audio entertainment.

Underwear or bathers during your session, and loose-fitting clothes afterward.

$25 for 30 minutes (5 sessions for $100) or $40 for a duo pack (5 sessions for $150). Sessions include 30 minutes in the sauna with time for preparation and recovery.

No showers are available; we recommend cooling down and showering at home 30-60 minutes post-session to maximise benefits.

Light therapy, Bluetooth connection for music or podcasts, chilled aromatherapy towels, and Acoustic Resonance Therapy for relaxation.

Start slow (10–15 minutes for beginners), stay hydrated, listen to your body, and cool down for at least 10 minutes post-session.

Bring a towel to sit on, wipe sweat, and spray down surfaces after use.
